wow, it makes sense that fruityloops came from a GAME DEVELOPER and not someone with musical backround

As corny as it sounds, I totally agree.

Also, just because people are too lazy/elitist to figgure out how a program works doesn't make it shit.

Are people saying fruity is shit?

Some of the samples are nice. Simple interface...not the best money can buy, but it's fun.

Eww, the default samples sound like butt! But interface and use are great. User-friendly without making it a "For Dummies" program.

Dood the guy said cubase was "hard", he said his biggest influence was rebirth.

It all makes sense now.

Fruity is a great game though, I must say.

Fruityloops is just a tool.
it is upto you to make the best of it.
Who cares if it wasnt programmed by Michel Jackson.

Fruity Loops has some of the best sound quality out of all programs, second only to Jeskola XS-2

Not that it concerns me, cuz i'm a mac guy, but are you talking just the new fruity loops, or fruity loops 3 and under as well?
I never tried the new one, but 3 and under have poor sound mixing/enginearing abilities~ 95% of songs I've heard people make in fruity sounds like cardboard~ in my opinion. . .

A lot of people aren't patient enough to export thier songs using the Sync 256 export, and the hermite curve antialiases a lot compared to Sync 256. However, Sync 256 is almost 100% accurate with almost absolutely no antialiasing whatsoever.

Fruity Loops 3 and above had Sync 256.

One thing though is that Fruity Loops as a realtime sampler is not great. But when exporting, it sounds 99.9999% perfect.

And the test that Jeskola did was using 3.56 I believe.

so?

his realtime sampler probally crashes every 2 seconds if Buzz is any testament to Jeskola's ability. At least fruity loops is stable enough to last longer than 1 hour, overloaded with plugins, and not crash.
