fuels us to go faster for a short while, but then you need more to keep going. Its a draining cycle. I used to drink coffee all day every day. but it was wearing me out... and now because of my insomnia I cant drink any kind of caffiene after noon or I wont be able to sleep... such as now. but im gonna give it a shot now.
