yeah, you cant start dropping too fast. in december i lost like, 11, gained it all back come january, and since them i've dropped 2 inches on each thigh, 3 inches on my waist, and gained 0.75 (in muscle) on my arm. its all about rotation and routine in your cardio/weight training.
...and eating properly. 3 meals a day, and a small snack (carrots and celery, or dried fruits) in between each meal. |

props to little sarah and cloud9ine who are losing in the healthy way! that's the way to do it and you're doing great....
it's so sad when you hear about anorexic and bulimic people who are really suffering basically because of society.. so i'm happy to hear that you two are doing it the right way! woo:) |

The last 5 pounds are always the hardest to loose. I only do sit ups push ups and run and I found it hard at the end to get those last few pounds off. |

i find it's hard to lose any weight when you're trying. i did need to lose weight (before) and although ui'm good now, the pressure is on to lose the last few.. i have to cut back on the fruits, i eat way too many. once school's over i'll have more time for myself |

yeah it's hard to maintain somewhat of a meal plan and exercise regime when i work 25 hrs a week, and i'm in school another 30 hrs + homework + sleep + boyfriend.
I gained a little weight but i'm fairly happy, obviously i would like to lose a few pounds (because i could afford to *lol*) but I'm not going to beat myself up about it because i can only concentrate on so many things at once. I eat right and as soon as school's over i plan on scheduling in workout time 3-4 times a week. I've seen people kill themselves and starve and purge because they thought they were fat when they weighed 95 lbs and were 5'5. |

it's not hard when you really want it, even if you are super busy (story of my life) but most of it was lost before i started eating right + exercising. i'm not working out as much i'd liek to but i'm not beating myself up about it- i have a week 1/2 of school left, i'll have time and i won't gain weight in that much time..
:( and then i won't see my "anti-diet" everyday (she feeds me oreos and dagwoods, and chocolat, and chocolat muffins, and goldfishes, and all the little devils, that love to make me fat!) *lol* i'm gonna mish her... |
