 Coolness: 141385 | Forward was established in the summer of 2008 as platform to promote underground electronic music, filling the absence of a weekly rendez-vous for the alternative club scene. Originally thought out to be a hosting ground for drum’n’bass, jungle, breaks and dubstep, Forward grew and evolved into a night made to showcase a wide array of genres and scenes working with a variety of different crews and artists such as Loetech, Sixtoo......, DZ, Datsik, Spor and Plastician, to name a few.

Her love for music pushed her to learn by herself the art of djing and share her passion with everyone. Spreading her music love since 2006, Melo plays a mix between Breakbeat / Electro / House / Garage sound. Bass freak ,she'll know how to entertain yourself! Mad-K comes armed with mad beats and energy and is sure to get your butts shakin' regardless of what style she chooses to bring. **************** + FORWARD RESIDENTS: Rhys Taylor, a nightlife legend who has been playing alongside big names of the international electronic music scene in Montreal for almost 10 years now. Holding down "Your Radio is Broken" on CKUT for the past 5 years, throwing Mix Thursdays for almost 3 years, a residency at Blue Dog, Saphir and then Blizzarts with Broken Crew and bringing breaks to Stereo are a few of his accomplishments. David Rawalia aka Wally, a dj who has been mastering his craft since 2003 and more recently producing his own unique sounds. | Coolness: 141385 | hah nice! j'ai tellement écouté cet album la souvent... jai travaillé pour la radio étudiante du cegep de st-lau et quand on avait le budget on allait faire des razias de disques au archambault pour la phonoteque... j'allais toujours straight dans la section urbaine gosser le gars avec des dreads pour des disque de drum'n'bass pis toute... c'est lui qui nous avait suggérer ça
un bon deux ans plus tard je commence a raver pis je me rends compte que le gars avec des dreads du archambault c'est dj galaksy hehe.... |
