 Coolness: 686270 | except that blotter isn't cardboard. It's a super-absorbant paper that they used to use when people still wrote with a quill and inkwell. They'd write a letter and put a sheet of blotter paper on top to absorb all the excess ink so they could mail the letter or handle it right away. Blotter paper is the only thing that will actually absorb a chemical and keep it locked in. |
