3.5 Apt - For Rent June 1st - $500

 Coolness: 220880 | So I'm moving out June 1st, and need to find someone to move in here.
It's on the corner of Papineau/Gauthier, right on the eastern tip of Parc Lafontaine. It's on the 2nd floor, of a 3 floor building, small balcony in front and back. Optional Parking Spot in back of the building for a small extra yearly fee (that pays for the snow removal) I've been here 2.5 years, and never met my landlord once, pay rent through the bank at the corner. Rent is 500$ now, possibly 510$ in July. There is a small living room area when you walk in, bedroom is to the right after that (the walls of the bedroom don't touch the ceiling, they go up 6 feet) with a big closet. after that, there is the washer & dryer, then you're in the Kitchen, with a bathroom to the left, and patio doors leading to the back balcony and fire escape stairway. The person who moves in will have to buy my 4 appliances (Fridge, Stove, Washer, Dryer). They are all only a couple years old, and work perfectly. Price to be negotiated. I already got a good 40 replies for the apt on craigslist and kijiji, but would obviously rather give the place up to someone who i know, or at least know that i'd be helping out a friend of a friend etc... I'll be having visits prolly this weekend, and next week/weekend etc, so just contact me still if you're interested. I have a healthy amount of control over who gets the apt! oh and host, cook me 4 batches of crack first, and if it's good, well, maybe we can work something out. |

BTW: the appartment is 510$ and not 500$ ( la landlord augmente le loyer...) and its not US that chose who is gonna leave here, she needs references,then look at them to chose someone. |
