Well I though Moloch point was valid, how are your sure killing someone just as you've been trained is a life changing experience?
Are those retarded people? Don't they understand when they slam their baïonnette it into a human-looking dummy shouting KILL KILL KILL then shooting at targets that have a head and shoulder then shoot at human-looking dummies. Or do they expect at some point to get to the fields caring for bunnies making love not war? Or do they understand the concept of killing a human only if they're a threat to their country? So in Afghanistan, they'll see beyond the appearance with people putting all their saving to get a shack and a donkey that could make a conspiracy to cross thousands of miles then get on a rowboat then upon reaching America kill a few hillbillies with their hunting rifle and having their final stance throwing firecrackers at armored vehicles. Are Afghans a threat to America? Then they know they're not killing defending their countries. They're conscious of their implication, they just don't want to stir up trouble by not obeying orders.

I'm sorry, I didn't make it past his 2 inane reply's concerning my post.
// Getting a human to kill an other human is easier said than done. Unless you are dealing with a psychopath or a highly motivated individual, you have to get him to displace responsibility on to a superior (I was just following orders). If that fails, they guilt you (By not shooting you are putting your fellow warriors life's in danger), and if that doesn't work, they threaten you with a court marshal. Kinda makes it hard to take ethical decisions. The pesky thing about having a conscience is that no mater how much responsibility displacement, guilt and/or treats it takes to get the job done, it often comes creeping back to the surface when the dust settles. Its to be expected from someone who has been taught all his life that "Though shall not kill"

The training process involves hundreds of repetitions of this action, and ultimately the subject becomes like Watson's rats in the Kerplunk Experiment, performing a complex set of voluntary motor actions until they become automatic or reflexive in nature. Psychologists know that this kind of powerful operant conditioning is the only technique that will reliably influence the primitive, midbrain processing of a frightened human being, just as fire drills condition terrified school children to respond properly during a fire, and repetitious, stimulus-response conditioning in flight simulators enables frightened pilots to respond reflexively to emergency situations. "hundreds of repetitions of this action" do you thing they're repeating petting a fluffy bunny? they're surely doing something that, depending on circumstance, can be morally objectionable. well those adults made the choice to not ponder upon those limits (likely going out to binge drinking instead), so I don't have any pity to those that are traumatized by their lack of personal responsibility (question the possible outcome of their action).

What does [ www.killologie.com ] have to do with the training the u.s. army gets?
You saying every last soldier in the U.S. army gets brainwashed into becoming reflex killing machines?
