Chalet bbq has some kinda crack sauce brushed on it before its smoked. So sticky and beautifully cooked everytime. I actually saw someone throw everything up in their plate, drunk as fuck. He said "woops!" And ordered the same thing two seconds later. Guess he was a little rusty eatin a whole half chicken from the chalet  |
