That's a real cop. Superior officers, such as commanders wear white shirts. Actually, this guy is Jean-Ernest Célestin and he's the only black police precinct chief in Montreal.
This is the Swedish one, where it started.
I like Montreal's better because they had a better demography, young and old of various background, and of various dance skill. i.e. Ours look like a city mob, instead of an organized gathering of young adults.
