i pay about 30$ a month, no bells and whistles, but i get my free after 6pm, and weekends, and change for texts and day minutes... with bell sympatico however, they can be pretty fucked sometimes... i called them to tell them to put a stop on the instant withdrawal system from my bank account, and that i would pay my 2 months that i owed on the date specified on my bill. so i made the payment, and the next day, they took out another 2 months worth. so 200$ gone, i was super pissed... they told me later, after i called and spent hours with them on the phone, that i didnt call in early enough for my stop payment, i needed to do it 2 weeks before the payment, not 1 week. and that they cant under any circumstances, put that money back into my account. anyways, nothing new, big corporations suck balls, what you gonna do about it? |

so when I paid the bill off and wanted it reconnected, I had to pay a 300 dollar deposit. If I pay the bills on time for a year, they return it to me. so after a year of paying my bills on time, they send me a cheque in the mail for $297.00. I phone em up and ask em what happened to the other 3 dollars. They insisted that I had given them $297.00 .. who the fuck asks for a 297 dollar deposit? ya right. I clearly remember paying the 300 directly to them, just like they asked me to. I know it's only 3 bucks, but it's the principle of it. they're just assuming people won't argue about such a small amount. but if they keep pulling these little scams on thousands of customers, it adds up to a lot of free money in their account. crooks |

Clients should start charging companies fees for spending hours on the phone calling them to have the company's mistakes fixed. |
