my other piercer left the city so i went to another one that my friend goes to so yreah, shes all telling me o hes a certified nurse blah blah blah etc etc im like, yeah i dont really care so i get it done and he tells me to clean it with salt water maybe im the only person here...but has anyone ever told u to do that? hes all bactine, witchhazel, antibiotic creams, are all horrible stuff, dont use it ur body is like soemthing percent salt, so clean it with salt so i look at him strangly, say, yeah ok, and go home, clean it with salt now... ive never had any infections from a peircing in my life, and ive always used bactine ive gotten my eyebrow ring caught in my hairbursh, banged it on shit, etc etc so on tuesday i smacked my ear on a car door now its swollen as fuck, my entire ear is purple and i cant even cough without it throbbing like a fucking bitch...im trying to clean it with this supposed salt remedy, and its making it worse..so i called and hes like, increase the amount of salt in the water, i wanted to kick him in the face so i gave up and put bactine on it, and voilla, it doesnt hurt has anyone else heard of this tree hugging hippy crap for healing a peircing? |

 Coolness: 201210 | when i got my lip pierced, the dude told me to wash it every time i drank, smoked or ate... so i ended up cleaning it like 8 times a day with antibacterial soap and mouthwash.
until i went back a month later to get the ring changed it was all red and swollen so i thought it was infected, the girl said i was cleaning it TOO much and it was all raw and shit. so i started cleaning it only once a day and within a week it was completely healed. some people just talk right out of their ass. |
