 Coolness: 109490 | As mentioned before, the categorization of psychological state is cultural so it all depends if you give a shit for whatever reason ; most of the time I don't so it doesn't bother me. I find that I mostly recall situations where I felt somehow powerless and reenact how I would react in my current psychological state. I think it's an act of learning by practice and also taking out what might have become a frustration (as cutterhead mentioned). |
