Dude, from what I understand you work for Shaw right? BIg corportions usually have policies for situations just like this one.
All you need to do is go directly to you team leader and explain the situation to him/her. He/She wlll be the one to delicately explain it to your co-worker that "someone else" in the call center has an issue with your scent, and to please refrain from bathing in it. If that doesn't solve the issue, well it is at that point in the team leaders hands, and it will be escalated accordingly I've worked in call centres that were actually scent free zones because people had allergies to them, like bad allergies. | |
