So ridiculous, lets see how the years of appeal go.

Appealing is nice, but odds are, TPB will be shutdown in the mean time.

Must be before the ISPs imposed their draconian cap limits. Cause i haven't use Demonoid in over a 1 year. AFK, Leaving the PC on all day and went about my business.

Demonoid is probably going to still be ok, as will [ Audionews.ru ] because they have private subscriptions. I think the only way to stop pirating is if they lower the price of fucking software though. Ableton Live especially. I can't use it anymore because version 6 just started going haywire for everyone and version 7 is poorly hacked and crashes all the time. Renoise, here I come! (sorta, because um... how the fuck do you do anything with this program?)
I'm feeling mighty frisky right now..

you know what's funny, pirate bay is impossible to access from china (the great fire wall blocks it) ironic seeing how china is the center of world pirating in some ways...

Site owners dismissed the effects of a police raid in 2006, saying the site had been down longer on other occasions due to illness or drunkenness than when "the U.S. and Swedish government forces the police to steal our servers ... yawn."

here's a good one that might change things:

Turns out the judge is a member of two copyright protection groups, including one of the ones that was going after TPB members.. A little biased judgement there?
