I'm pretty sure that pork brains in milk (or cream) sauce is awesome when it's not off a can.

This "cockrel" sauce fits all needs for spicy/hot goodness too. Not as explicit as Mr.Peril's but, yeah it's way easier to find:

Trichinella spiralis
Whipworm
Scientific classification
Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Nematoda
Class: Adenophorea
Order: Trichurida
Family: Trichinellidae
Genus: Trichinella
Species: T. spiralis
Binomial name
Trichinella spiralis
(Owen, 1835)

The species Trichinella spiralis is an nematode parasite, occurring in rats, pigs, and humans, and is responsible for the disease trichinosis. It is sometimes referred to as the "pork worm" due to it being found commonly in pork or rat products that are undercooked.

if your too eat that i wouldnt be afraid of cholesterol, but i would fear for the nematode & tapeworm infestationt that could occur un the brain, or eye globe.

shit... they removed the xray of wiki...
but anyways its little buddy here with millions of his progeny , creating new worlds inside your body

ever had tête fromagée?
that thing is yummi on bread ^__^
and yes, it has pork brain in it.
(basically you boil the head of a pig until all meat removes itself easily, that means muscles, brain, tongue, etc.)

from wiki:
the makeup of the brain is 60% fat due to large quantities of myelin (which itself is 70% fat) insulating the axons of neurons.

aerial , you could get amino acids and amino fat from other species less prone to these types of
bacteria .

honestly i love to eat everything , except carzu marzu & haggis & pork , so i tried lots of
combination and i find too much meat injestion isnt THAT energising , most of the time people eat
too much at once and do not spead intakes regurarly tru the day " i can eat about 80 times in a day but i dont warf things down, im slim and in good shape. i eat what i know is going to give out evergy for more than 6 hours . i also can wakup in the moring now having cut on heavy meats such as pork and veal and the like. something about thoses proteines sending me into a dopamine narcoleptic session till its digested . i wonder if its the "insulation" your talking about ...

small game i could eat , but that too, not in large quantity, i would just sit on it anyways .

i take what i know is going to get me tru the day and more , and its on the shelves at the gorcery store , just not what normal ppl would go with . i dont think chips , cookies ( unless homemade ), porc , no fat yogurt , batter fish ( well anthing with an yellow/orange batter ) is good for healty
energy , compare to what 100g to 200g of spinnch , 100g to 300g of pastas , 100g tofu / tuna and an orange alone can give out against what i listed as not healty.
