 Coolness: 186280 | i already had a snake and a dragon d'eau, not sure what it is called in english but it's similar to the iguana but instead of being 6 foot tall, it's only 3 and instead of being vegetarian it's carnivore

their cool because when they get older more colors appears on their neck but i think you are right by saying it's a chinese water dragon i almost had a chameleon once too. Those little thing are just awesome |

 Coolness: 159660 | it depends on the reptile! i prefer lizards .. i loved to see big exotic one near the beach in dominican republic.. once in an exposition i hold a huge snakes.. it was really heavy and the owner put it on my shoulders.. i was so afraid and uncomfortable that i think after 3 sec i was like alright alright thank you hehe.. but maybe i could get use to it..
when i was working at the pet store in montreal at place alexi nihon.. i was not the one taking care of this section thank god..each morning the dude was taking a rabbit by the legs and snapping its head against the door frame of the back store...omg 0_o me no like it i prefer watching them in picture or in their own environment.. i feel bad to see little animal in cage.. i already had a rat and even if it was outside the cage sometimes i felt bad for it... |

That's a five lined skink I do believe There are only 7 species of reptiles in all of canada! Originally Posted By the_big_jo

Besides snakes there were 7 reptiles but one of them is possibly extinct which is the pygmy short horned lizard and one is confirmed extinct i believe 5 left are Short-Horned Lizard, Northern Alligator Lizard, Five-Lined Skink, Prairie Skink and Western Skink |

I found one of these in my backyard in Chinatown in Toronto years ago - surrounded by curious alley cats 
apparently it escaped it's aquarium in the house next door, climbed out the second floor window and fell onto the ground. those people were idiots. they didn't even care when I told them I found it no animal shelters or Reptile places would take it, so I bought it a little aquarium. I did everything I could for it but unfortunately it only lived for about 3 weeks. It died of some bronchial infection from being outside in the cold =( |
