I search my tracks on Trackitdown, then buy it on Beatport (because it's cheaper).
But sometimes, if you dig deep enough, you can find some pearls in beatport :)

i just wish beatport cleaned up there "genre's" a bit.. it terrible now badly classed everything is. you find prog listed as Techno and many more misleading shit like that.

Yeah, they really need to break out the genres into more specific categories. "Trance" and "Progressive House" is a huge dumping ground.

the others also bought feature is great, but ya ian, its a quicker dig than record stores, just be patient and investigate all labels, sub-labels, artists alternative monikers, remixes...

less crap...
bit of a shame though... it's really hard for a new label to get on right now. unless they got support from huge names or go through aggregators. which means way less underground tunes. mind you... it'll be a lot easier to weed out the shit. where else do you guys download from? you guys ever heard of this one? [ www.addictech.com ] ? cali site... pretty cool for breaks dnb dubby shit.

Ufot-im just saying | |

I've played bigger systems... like la sat for komodo dubs... it's not the kind of booking I get every week-end but when I do I sure as hell dont wanna take any chances... I do feel wavs (and vynil obviously) tend to give a tiny lil' edge more... I might be completely nutz though
