4 1/2 For Rent, Métro Préfontaine / Mid-March

| Me and my roommate are leaving our big 4 1/2 apartment in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, on Préfontaine street for the 15th of March. It's a big apartment with 2 closed bedrooms, 1 closed living room, a huge kitchen and a balcony at the back. There's also a big locker in the basement and it's at proximity of the 34 and 125 bus lines. About a 10 minutes walk from the Préfontaine metro station. It takes us about 15 minutes to get to Berri-UQAM on rush hours. The owner of the apartment authorizes cats but is strict about dogs.
