Non-Words, That Should Be Words

thanks in great part to midterms my school related procrastination is at an all time high and my internet searching is reaching new levels of lame.
and then it hit me, mid-paper,like a big yellow school bus, that majoritally is in fact, not a real word. I feel devastated, baffled and clearly over dramatic. But regardless of adjectives and emotions, i was so freaking sure majoritally was a real god damn word. It sounds so much better than largely, and it just has a nice ring to it. To top it off, i'm pretty certain i've been using that non-word as a real word for the past few weeks, and then yellow school bus number two hit me, i'm totally screwed academically if i keep using these non-words and trying to peddle them as real ones. But this fear is trumped by bus number one. So people of ravewave, please make me feel less special ed and tell you that you too enjoy words that are not actually real words. i'm also a big fan of conversate, i know converse works quite fine, but i just really like conversate. also also also, there is an page dedicated the peoples favorite non-words. o man, god bless google, i feel less moronic already <3 <3! one thing I've noticed is some people say "irregardless", which is a double-negative
instead they should just use "regardless", or "irrespective" |

Aren't the majority of those (non)words actually portmanteaus? Kind of like: Splunch (Spliff at Lunch). Meh, I suppose they're one in the same. Some of my friends use the word "Puffages". Which is another word for "haul", which also a game we used to play where if you said Puffages to anyone with a cigarette, he/she had to give it to you within a 20-second timeframe or else that to person would have to give you the whole cigarette (but the game was mostly played when joints were involved). There were tonnes of words we used to make up back in those early raving days, but they've all been erased from my memory. One word that was coined on this website that I like is: Fooler.

hahaha i'm french speaker and learned the "majoritally" of my english in usa, in brooklyn..w/ maybe not the best teachers (haha) so sometimes i have peeps at university who look at me like "wtf girl is she talking about?"./
also this semester i take a diction class and i am so bad// but realized that a lot of english people too doesn't pronounce correctly.. like the word "often" you not suppose to pronounce the "t".. etc i use conversate also haha! i say all the time "nivel" instead of "level".. b/c in french we say "niveau" it's so weird to change language. language is so attached to one's culture! i would say it as been only 1 year that i now do dream sometimes in english.. i feel i'm not good enough in english and try to keep reading in french to not lose my culture but i don't use french really often so it feel so strange// it's like if i'm in between 2 way of thinking.. can get confusing when you write a paper for school! i wish you excellent grades!

Accoter ça veut pas dire "sortir avec quelqu'un" ?
Comme genre "chu accoter avec Annie, la fille du bar". Même là, c'est fucking laid. Hahahaha. Soucoupe j'imagine que c'est "je me sens comme une soucoupe volante" mais, encore là, c'est toton comme mot. :)
