| Coolness: 159440 | To be fair, I'm always nervous about shaking hands 'cuz I have pretty cold hands most of the time. And the nervousness doesn't help with the cold hands factor either.

J'ai pas fait de recherches, c'est ptêt une légende urbaine, mais paraît que y'a pas de chef à sushis féminins au Japon notamment paske les femmes ont généralement les mains plus chaudes. Remarque, c'est ptêt juste une excuse pour les mysogines japonais :) |

Le mythe étant que les mains de femmes, étant plus chaudes, changeait le goût des poissons. Oui, elle sont plus chaudes mais pas assez pour "cuire" un poisson. |
