This thread was started because you're obviously upset w/ certain people. You have trolled on this site for the past 6 months! 80% of your posts are whiny, bitchy, insulting, libelous, and accusatory. 15% more is just you talking about you, and the last 5% are normal comments. I think you have serious memory problems if you can't remember all the shit you've caused here. Just 'cause you are fairly docile in this thread, don't think we'll ignore all the other horrible things you've said in other threads.

Sorry if i have a hard time "having fun" when some 'egotestical' blasts my friends and fellow ravers, and starts a finger pointing thread. This thread was supposed to be fun, really? Really?

Noah's always been against censorship and moderation, and 99.9% of the time, I agree with him; people should be free to do and say what they want.

Where I (and the authorities) draw the like is threats. Posting threats on this board makes this place even MORE of a target for cops and, without taking the time to dig through the internet and read a ton of pages, I can tell you that people who run a site ARE responsible for a degree if it's content.

If someone ACTUALLY feels threatened by you, and they ask for something to be done and Noah doesn't, they can get this place shut down and have Noah fined for facilitating online bullying (yes, there ARE actual laws for that now).

So, to recap, the only, only, ONLY times moderation will be employed are if:
1 - someone starts threatening physical violence. (NO EXCEPTIONS, NO PLAYING FAVORITES)
2 - someone starts becoming a nuisance to the community (That's very much something at the discretion of myself and the other moderator, and will RARELY happen, unless we start getting a flood of people like Lazer-28 who bring NOTHING to the community and do nothing but cause *actual* arguments, not conversation/differing of oppinions on a topic)
3 - someone starts flooding the board/spamming/being a douche, like the last time Lazer got banned or this time when he made a ton of posts in every thread that were just blank crap with a ton of updates.

Let's face it, Noah spends enough time coding this site for us and keeping everything running. The LAST thing he needs is for his work and time to be shut down because people can't learn to play nice, and he doesn't need to spend any MORE time here taking care of idiot spammers/flooders.

Now as I mentioned before, there's one other mod, and I'll let him reveal who he is if/when he feels like it, and we've agreed on a "format" for things, and it's a simple one you all know from baseball: Three strikes and you're out.

Unless there's a REALLY nasty post (like back with the pics of someone's girlfriend a while back), nothing will ever get edited, you will only recieve a warning from either myself or the other mod, and the other will be made aware that a warning has been issued. From that point on, you'd better be walking on eggshells and NOT repeat the behavior, because we will be paying specific attention to your posts. You will merit ONE more warning. If, after having recieved TWO warnings, you go and do something that goes against one of the three points I listed above, you *WILL* get banned.

This might be permanent, this might be temporary, as we still both answer to Noah, and he has final say on anything. BUT, keep in mind that we HAVE been given this power BY Noah himself, and that we're just trying to make sure that this board stays a friendly, inviting place for people to come fuck around and do whatever.
