well usually people would have a bot on IRC to keep their channel and to get Ops back after they'd log off or if they dropped.. Eggdrop bots if my memory serves me right..

I dunno, compared to the average A/S/L idiot that you could just message "17/f/mtl, /join #2,000 to get access to my cam ;) " to get rid of them, you'd need some sort of shell access to run an IRC bot to keep your channel alive, run bot-nets, etc.. Yeah a lot of it was pre-coded and automated, but you still had to dig through config files in notepad/edit to get it recognise you and have your commands..

Wasn't SUPER nerdy, but back in 94-95 when everyone only knew AOL and CompuServ to get onto the internet, it was a hell of a lot nerdier than most :P

all phrack issue i have read , point that irc usage is enduser therefore easy hacks and they even coined the term "script kiddy" from scrip cat - cat being the display file on terminal command in unix. witch is read and apply. no reverse ingineer without manuals.

not hacky at all. my opinion. wird al yankovik had a better flow to it, and made better homeworks as
to make a complete liric, not just one sentence repeted over :C

i would rap about the sys v : [ en.wikipedia.org ] or the reed switch [ en.wikipedia.org ] or even the 5XB CROSSBAR SWITCH [ en.wikipedia.org ] OR THE 1AESS !! [ en.wikipedia.org ]

Cutterhead, nerdcore rap is the same as every other music. If you go too obscure, you lose your fanbase, as they understand fuck all.

So therefore, most artists will refer to things that are uncommon enough to enact a feeling of reciprocity / understanding from the crowd.

Even the LHC rap was pretty down to earth...

i was just saying he rapped about shit , pretty much as much poetic content as a codebar or britney spers lirics .

i anyways, artists doing that facade crap will never earn SOCAN point from me.

in your explaination rapping about feeces is valid since every sphere touches that, or get touch by it. can be in a nerdy environment , like u were trying to write a nerd track, but u craped your pants, plus its verstile. like your nerdy like everynerd so you drop cofee and it made your crap.

it makes no sens calling something if its not linked to the basic definition:

how about renaming hardcore -> trance and trace music -> filent bourgignon. u need reality yo.
Update » cutterhead wrote on Mon Dec 8, 2008 @ 8:28am
i fail to understand where looping the same vocal " i have a bot ... "

so its nerd the n to say :

MY WINDOWS HAS FILE > QUIT function. actually that would have being way better, but no. its total useless mother fucking crap to get motherfucking crap exposure thats in turn mother fucking crap.

I thought ICP was already doing that.

I don't need a reality check, thanks. What you need to understand is that your definition of "nerd" and theirs differ. That's all.

They are geeks, anyway. They don't understand the difference.

And I'm in no way stating that all nerdcore rap is good. Like everything else, you get your good ones and then you get your posers.

i know both definition, witch point you want to exploit a falacy in the explaination ?

[ en.wikipedia.org ] GEEK

The definition of geek has changed considerably over time, and there is no longer a definitive meaning.

^^ so far tis an abuse of this ^ more than refering to the intelectual anti-socialness it was released for

or maybe [ en.wikipedia.org ] NERD
The word geek is a slang term, noting individuals as "a peculiar or otherwise odd person, especially one who is perceived to be overly obsessed with one or more things including those of intellectuality, electronics, gaming, etc."[1] Formerly, the term referred to a carnival performer often billed as a wild man whose act usually includes biting the head off a live chicken, bat, snake or bugs.

and want to use the 400 AD definition instead of refeering to that movie that sumed it
quit good

the revenge of the nerds [ en.wikipedia.org ]

imo so far tis an abuse of the grayzone and graymatter as not to pus it to its intelligent extend.

might as well call a new style of thechno :

call it RAPE techno and it would be a style where we drop classical LPs at 45 rpm instead of 35 rpm , and have a speach dubbed over it that would always be someone reading his groceries list. that would be . .. watch the keyword : ARTISTIC.

*blattant abuse*

You seem to take this way too seriously. Taste in music is like taste in food. Do you get pissed is someone likes grilled cheese, while you enjoy your fillet mignon?

Attitudes like this kinda scares me.

Update » DCRn wrote on Mon Dec 8, 2008 @ 8:49am
And I'd totally listen to Grocerycore but then I'm not so overtly angered by anything I don't like.

I like nerdcore rap. It's not as good as other forms of rap but it's entertaining nonetheless. Same way a cheap action movie is not a masterpiece but still fun to watch.

My Cinemageddon ratio is off the roof, incidentally.

its same as trance the one screwhead posted. i sort this in crap trance:

i sort music by rythmic & musical content , not by looped vocal subject.

if it would be so we would have a category being : short short dick man

- you
- me
- over there
- lots of other various uncecessary class just because of vocal.

since when you have to have lirical deinition.

chiptune is way more qualifiable to nercore than shmo rhyming a loop about his cascade window view
Update » cutterhead wrote on Mon Dec 8, 2008 @ 8:58am
baybe you listen to some rap. that can be defined as rapcore YES if there is more than ONE
bar of lyrical content that is always around nerdy content okay. good definition then.
will guide me into witch king of lyrical subject the rap will be around of.

but srewhead techno track. is just normal trance.

i know some groups of nerdcore that reprent the definition better than

" i have a bot, you dont have tha password. "
Update » cutterhead wrote on Mon Dec 8, 2008 @ 9:20am
i cant wait for the psychic genocide to fall into that category just beecause radium has a track named : my computer
