This is actually getting retarded now. I went from taking sleepies once in a while, to like a couple times a week, to everyday...and yesterday i took 2 doses, and maybe got at most 6 hours of quality sleep. And today I noticed Im all out...so obviously, Im still awake at 6 am. Ill go pharma prix and buy some more i guess...but is there anything I can do that doesnt involving popping so many pills that would help me sleep better?
I'm feeling at home ^__^ right now..

well I got a new plan. I went to my friend's place (Timmy Ho), and he was all like, "yo have some donuts" so I bought half a dozen. I gave some random homeless people a couple, which leaves me with 4. THen i went to the pharma prix...bought some otc sleepies. Now Im gonna have a warm glass of milk, 4 donuts, and sleepers. Ill be zonked out in an hour :)

eating sugar and fat before going to bed...? no wonder you've got problems getting asleep ! just stop this kind of habit and any kind of pills (legal or not)... your "sleep health" will just come normally after 1 or 2 weeks at most :)

what I've done to get my to sleep well is listen to some music.. not something hard/dancable, but something smooth and relaxing.. like throw on some portishead albums (and try not to want to commit suicide when you wake up) every time you go to bed, and then it becomes an association that when you hear that music, you get sleepy/tired..

Then change your ravewave nick to Pavlov and it's all gold.
