If I get good service I tip a little (if you don't like my dollar, I'll keep it thank you). If I get outstanding service, by someone who is genuinely happy to do his/her job of serving/helping/advising me, then I will be very generous. I can give a 5$ tip on a 2$ coffee if I get the service to go with it. I work with the public, I know how demanding it can be at times on your nerves, patience and general sanity, but I always give the best service possible, simply because *I chose* to work with the public. |

Si la taxe est plus cher que deux piasse j'arrondie au plus haut a moins d'avoir un mauvais service, dans ce cas la je donne le meme montant que la taxe. J'ai jamais vraiment eu un service pitoyable, juste une coupe d'air bete par-ci, par la, mais sans plus... Je touche du bois... J'imagine que si c'était le cas je tiperais pas, mais encore la sa dépend. |

j'lance tjrs un 5$ sul dj pendant son set . . b-a-p, je tip mon tattoeur au moins le 1/3 du prix de mon tattoo, de ce fait je m'assure des touch up impécable et un tattoo à l'idée que j'avais du rendu final. |

One guy took off on me with a twenty after saying he'd go get change, he started driving off once I gave it to him and I felt like a total idiot, but I took the plate number. Then I couldn't remember the name of the fucking company or their phone number... groooan.
Another time I had a cabbie do an entire coke deal during the ride which jacked the price up, then he had the gall to ask me if I wanted to buy any. Of course I did. Just not from him. There was no way I was going to try shortchanging the guy, he was fucking scary looking to top it off. Yet another circumstance, a cabbie beat the living shit out of me because I couldn't pay a $11 cab fare in the middle of winter, with 3 feet of snow all around, then I got charged in the end for assault (me fighting back was on his camera, but somehow it wasn't on when he attacked me) and had to pay him a peace bond of $500, plus I got a transportation fraud charge. Fucking insane. And apparently I can't appeal it. Fuck cabs. Fuck them all. They always honk at me on my bike too. Motherfuckers. |

I'm an employer. j'ai 90 serveurs à mon emploie dans 3 resto différents. Voici comment nous fonctionnons, et comment le gouvernement fonctionne. 1: Convention de partage de pourboire. Dans 2 des 3 restos, il y a une convention de partage de pourboire, provenant du site web des norme du travail et signé par les employés de service, qui dicte les règles de distribution et de partage de pourboire. Ces règles ont été déterminées par les serveurs et représente 1.2% des ventes que le système a enregistré. Les serveurs, si vous n'avez pas de convention de partage de pourboire, ou si c'est votre employeur qui l'a mis sur pied sans la signature de 51% des serveurs, APPELEZ LES NORMES DU TRAVAIL. 2: Le gouvernement. Le gouvernement vous impose sur vos revenues. Il nous vous enlève pas 8% de vos pourboir, il dit que l'employeur est obligé de déclarer 8% des ventes de chaque serveurs comme revenue pour ce seveur. I.E. tu te fait imposer sur ce que tu déclare, le minimum étant 8% des ventes + ton salaire régulier. Donc c'Est l'impôt que tu paye sur ton pourboire, that'S all. Posez vous la question, ca fait combien d'année de file que vous avez des restours d'impôt?. Right. Je suis près à vous aider pour un convention de partage de pourboire, ou a discuter si vous avez des questions et vous pensez que vous payez pour servir. Vous faites plus d'argent que la plupart des restaurateurs qui débutent qui ont une dette d'un million et plus à rembourser. |

Fuck them all. they`re not all bad. when I was in highschool, there was this one cabbie who always was driving me to and from various parties. one day comin home all tired, I left a pack of smokes in the backseat with a gram of Jamaican Gum hash in it - which was really good and really hard to come by. I had written it off, and then a couple days later he sees me walkin down the street, honks at me, pulls over and gives me the pack back - he found the hash inside and saved it for me!! very cool guy but I`ve had lots of terrible cabbies too. actually I have had some of the worst experiences here in Montreal. the other night I got 2 really bad cabbies in one night. so fucking rude I wanted to punch them. I gave the first jagoff exact change, told him he`d make more money if he lost the attitude, then slammed the door on him. the second guy... the fare comes to 11.40, my friend gives him a 20, and he only hands my friend 5 bucks back. the guy keeps 3.60 in his hand. when we ask him what the fuck is going on, he says what he was still holding should be his tip. well.. anyway we made it clear to him that it was in his best interest to immediately give the cash back, and he did. and then, and I quote, he said we were `terrible`... ...unbelievable, some of these guys. driving around with an attitude like that, they must endure many beatings |

Don't take cabs too often, but recently took one because I was too pissed to even walk straight, getting out of Vinyl IIRC. Cabbie's not talking on a cell, Haitian radio's at a decent level, but the friggin' cabbie's driving like there are zig-zags in the street lines, almost doesn't break at red lines or even doesn't. Other cars and cabs alike are actually honking and apparently yelling at him to get off the road. Heh, I asked to get out 4 blocks before my place 'cuz I feared for my life, and I actually asked him if he wanted me to drive at one point. And I still gave him somethin' like a dollar in tip. I guess I'm a sucker. |
