Aside from the riot...this makes me so fucking angry. A goddamned kid looses his life because a cop gets threatened?

Fuck off and die pigs. My friends and I have had several encounters with the cops in the past few weeks, and all of them have left a bad taste in my mouth. Power hungry bullies running around trying to goose kids for lunch money.

"What's that? You want to hang out in a park after dark? You want to drink an unauthorized beverage in unauthorized locations? Fuck you! We'll fucking threaten you with our brute force and extort hundreds of dollars in rediculous fines. Don't worry, we're just doing it to protect you. From yourself."

Fuck. Montreal. Cops.
I'm feeling focused right now..

its like the "dont tase me bro" incident...
That was absolutely and completely taken out of proportion, out of hand, and those cops should have lost their liscence to 'protect and serve'.
And obviously this goes on ALOT more than we hear about...
I'm feeling ass n titties right now..

I posted this on another board where some dumb fucks were siding with the popo and saying they were trained to shoot to kill if they took out their guns. This whole thing stinks and that cop should get her licensed revoked and be charged with homicide IMO, dumb bitch.

"I believe when police whip out their guns that it's protocol to warn the person they are pointing at. If that person does not comply then they are allowed to shoot. But it is a judgment call by the officer to shoot or not and where. This whole shoot to kill thing is the biggest load of BS i read all day.

If the police force is trained to shoot to kill when they pop their guns out of their holsters then I dont want em policing my neighbourhood, I would almost rather try my luck with street gangs. There is so much room for error and the damage is permanent, there is no going back. Neutral, unbiased and swift judgment is what is required out of a police officer in the field, not a set list of tasks to be done without thinking, such as automatically shooting to kill.

An 18 year old kid, is an 18 year old kid... we have all made errors in the past, you know when we were kids? And yes 18 is still a fucking kid, dont argue and gimme bullshit arguments that when you are 18 you are a man... You are a man when you become a man and that happens at different stages in life depending on your back ground, chances are that at 18 you still dont have enough judgement to qualify. Oh at 18 you will be trialed as an adult, no problem in that, but I think the kid was at the wrong place at the wrong time and he did the wrong move, it is all very coincidental and I feel the police were sloppy at best in dealing with the original issue.

The riots are a whole different ballgame, again the majority's reputation will be tarnished by the actions of a handful of idiots. I would just appreciate it if people wouldnt put everyone involved in the "idiot" bracket. Some people are genuinely pissed off at how sloppy the police were in handling this whole issue and they have right to be out there and protest.

But take for what it is, it's just my opinion."

About that bitch cop :

Let me ask you this : aren't cops supposed to be RIGOROUSLY trained to deal with stressful situations ? Aren't cops trained to be excellent MARKSMEN or at least have more skills than the average Joe ?

If so, I'd like to know why that bitch shot that kid WITHOUT EVEN GETTING A GLIMPSE OF A FIREARM. She probably had her gun out of holster at that point with the safety off keeping her eyes on him.

Shouldn't a trained policeman/woman have MORE THAN SUFFICIENT time to raise the gun and WAIT UNTIL THE SUSPECT HAS HIS OWN ARM FULLY EXTENDED HOLDING A FIREARM to fire ? Last I checked, you don't point a cellphone at people to use it.

You *SHOULD NOT* fire on a suspect REACHING FOR SOMETHING IN HIS JACKET. This only proves you are unable to deal with stressful situations ( this should be the FIRST fucking thing you learn as a cop ), unfit to continue active duty and should be relieved of said duty on the spot once the investigation proves this.

-------------------

Not only that but I can only imagine being a black man in Mtl-Nord going to, say, Dawson, coming back from school, getting off the bus, walking a few blocks, having a police car pulling over, cops walking up to me and being asked my ID each and every goddam day, mentioning " you've been asking it for 3 days in a row now and I was dressed exactly the same " and being told to " stop being such a smart alec or we'll bring you back to the station, got it ? "

I wouldn't go as far as rioting the streets but I'd be severely annoyed, trust me.

These bitchass cops have ZERO people skills whatsoever.

Seems to me, their's way too many conflicting stories about the original shooting. It's way too early to start pointing the finger at anybody. Nothing will come out of this until tensions are back to normal.

Didn't we just have a 2 week discussion where you were arguing about your right to refer to black people with "n" word?

Now you're trying to be all Mr Politically Correct and rage about the suffering of the poor oppressed masses.

Tell me whats wrong with that picture

Didn't we have a discussion about your one-sided opinions on everything I say or do, how you are incapable of listening to anything you don't agree with and how I don't have to justify myself to you ?

BTW, I'm not raging about the oppressed, I'm actually doing something you're incapable of : trying to imagine what it would be to be to be in someone else's shoes for second, and how I wouldn't agree to being treated like that. Case closed.

Talk to me when you are able to hold a two-sided conversation.
