I don't think the Australian Court System has any effect to people in Canada... You would only have a problem if you moved there... They can't come here and get anything. Just like if you get a speeding ticket in the USA, you don't have to pay it unless you plan on visiting that STATE again. Or even another province. Well, how do you explain the, say, Dutch authorities flagging the GRC about a pedophile in Ontario and that person does get arrested, trialed and sentenced and convicted then ? |
