Forget that, it's hard to believe that the guy who sang Copkiller (pretty much the song that got warning labels added to CDs and the first song to get banned/censored from distribution)

Dude, there were songs that were controversial before Copkiller,
It wasn't banned either cause I bought the cd when it came out and the song was on there,
On another note I would also like to ask you guys not to use the "n" word, even if you're joking,
Its not funny...
The original CD was released with it on, but it was pulled shortly after and re-released without the tune on it. The current only "official" version that you can purchase (without getting lucky and finding one of those first pressings) is from the Bodycount live album that came out in 2005.
Bliss, chill, I wouldn't say ni**ah to a black man's face, for crying out loud.
I'm sure nobody would've said anything if I ended that phrase with " cracker " or " wigger ".
I think the most uncomfortable I've ever been was when I was living in the west island (A Ma Baie) and had a bunch of black people that I was hanging out with, and one day they started introducing me to friends as "Yo, dis my nigga Fred", and then they'd all start calling me nigga, and then they told me I could call them nigga, 'cause we were niggaz.
Man that was so sketchy lol
BTW Fred, to most of my black friends, " niggah " is the same as " dude " for us white people. So that word is slowly beginning to lose its negative stigma.
Yet, I STILL wouldn't call a black guy " niggah " unless he starts it first with me.
Oh, I know. It's just still really fucking odd to be called a nigga by black people, and to have them tell you, a white guy, that it's ok to call THEM nigga.

Heh, trust me, I know what you mean. But after giving it much thought, it's a form of respect and acceptance that I'm granted and I feel particularly blessed and privileged when they do that.
