As for the police cruisers. Have we already forgotten that there's an anarchist group who less than a month ago attacked a police compound and burnt several cruisers? Who's to say that they weren't involved? I mean, who the fuck comes out of a bar after winning a hockey game and says "Lets burn some cop cars, Wooo!" Anyways, probably wrong by saying this, but I really wish I was downtown for all of this --just as a witness of course. |

I saw people hanging out of moving cars on st denis by the patios and when cops pulled them over the people from the bars started pouring around the cop cars booing and chanting anti cop statements. There is something deeper there than just hooliganism. cops are there to make everything civilized and tame the celebrations...and people don't want it...so cops get told to fuck off in an around about way. I'm not encouraging physical violence towards other people...but people destroying STUFF makes me happy. |
