Rewire 5 ??? Friday Or Saturday ??

sorry to bother you all, but, i am asking myself, since the Bal en blanc is on Sunday, Easter Weekend, if Rewire should be on the friday or if Saturday is still ok.. please give me your feedback on this matter..

| Its usually a long weekend and most people have Monday off to recouperate... Ive noticed alot of the younger student-esque crowd work Saturday shifts aswell... my vote goes to Saturday night even though theres usually more stuff going on in town on a Saturday "competition" wise.. Pimp that shit, and pimp it HARD!! :P |

| I'd keep it on Saturday --despite the fact that I'm not a promoter and I know absolutely dick all about just about everything. But from a partiers perspective, it's easier to get a Sunday off (if they tend to work on Weekends) than it is to get a Saturday off, if they're scheduled on that day. And besides, let's face it, anyone who goes out to Rewire isn't going to be going to Bal en Blanc, and anyone who's going to be going to Bal En Blanc isn't going to fork over the extra cash to go to both parties, considering how expensive the Great White Ball is... Unless you're a jerk (in which case I hate you because I'm jealous). |

| my only argument against friday night is that people who work regular hours need to unwind friday night... generally when you wake up at 8am on Friday, staying out till 8am on Saturday morning takes a lot of 'energy' or, ahem, 'energy'.
whereas saturday, you've had a day off already and probably slept in.
the good thing about friday is that as people said, you have time to properly recover from the 'energy' spent.
and I also agree that the crowd that go to bal en blanc are typical independant from the crowd that go to Rewire, but I'm sure there's plenty of overlap with people that don't surf this site. |
