The Indians ,chinese and other cultures in the world have a whole different conception of time and we're not even in 2003 for most of 'em ....
Western history arranged time in a practical way ...but what's the value of this arrangement ??

For the indians,for example, time is in huge cycles of millions of years,so they're more aware of the fact that we are sooooo small in this huge universe....
Now its Kali yuga ; the illusion and suffering era...
