New Invite Options:

1) If an event has been changed back to a public event, your invites will not show. If the event has been changed to a public event and the events is over, all invites will be deleted.

2) You can now remove yourself from the invitation list if you do not want to see the invite in your invites. Removing an invite from the invitations list will also remove yourself from the attending of that event.

3) You can now see events which you have not been invited to buy you are on the attending list in the problem events page. From here you can see who posted the event if you want to message them for an invite or you will have the option to remove yourself from the attending list.

4) You can now see if you are attending an event in the invitation list.

If you have any other ideas, please let me know via PM or Message.

There will be a limit of 10 a day (per person). This will make is so that people spread their invites to only people they want to come. As a moderator of an event you can see who people invited... You will also have an option to un-invite someone who has been invited as an admin.

10 per day ?? that's good but the promotor should have infinite amounts at all times per day !! :)

personally i think rewire should not be an invite only event. it does not make sense for it to be... and yes 10 cause then people don't go inviting everyone... the invite feature is more for those events which might not have such a legal location.

hey, i just noticed, when you get invited to a party that then becomes public, the invites counter doesn't reset to show what's in your inbox !!

It would be great if you could invite people to public events too. . .

Yes, that way we can be like face-book and people will invite EVERYONE to EVERY event even if they are NOT INTERESTED in that event. No thanks!!! The reason for the invites for the private events is that they are PRIVATE. So people will not invite the world. As soon as you change a private event to a public event, all your invites disappear. This is to stop people from making a private event then go public.
I'm feeling fevorish right now..

very true!!!
I can't lie, my evil promoter personality was thinking just that!
VERY Nice site by the way. I'm a designer myself and I love the layout here.
WELL DONE!

Little suggestion for the invites. If I have not been "invited" to an event but I am listed there as a DJ, I should be allowed to see it. At the moment, there is a party that has listed my name as a DJ, so it shows up in my DJ profile, but when I click it, it says "you have not been invited, loozer".

WTF, I'm not a loooozer, I'm booked to play at the fucking party. :)
I'm feeling yay right now..

here's something I'm wondering.. When we add ourselves to the attending, could it be possible to make it not show up like we have an invitation waiting.. 'cause after a certain point I just stop looking at it since it always shows a number.
I'm feeling fuckin' crazy right now..
