| I'm looking to upgrade my main computer. The biggest problem i have is that well pci isn't really made anymore and i need minimum 5. I have 2 powercores and 2 UADs and an rme hdsp sound card.
Do they actually make motherboards with these kind of options anymore ? I would use a magma chassis but apparantly powercores don't work in them. |

| there is a small problem with that in that i have all the plugins for the powercore but i had a nerd friend hack them for me and it took him a while to do it. I piad him 500$ but i got thousands of dollars of plugins including the virus synth which was the main reason i sold that synth to you. lol. Not to mention like the mastering sute which is like 2000$ and the VSS3 reverb which is the best algorythm reverb plugin on the market which goes for alot.
Do you know fxteleport can be used to stream the dsp cards from a server computer via like a gigabit network or something. |

| I think the powercore express is essentially the same as the pci version, but if hacks are involved I'm all out of ideas :( |

| there must be like server boards that are still being made new that have lots of pci no ? or even pci x |

| I just built myself a computer, and my board has 5 pci slots. Well technically 2 pci express and 3 regular pci slots.
If your interested I used an asus p5kc motherboard, and I know there's a model, could be the deluxe, which has something retarded like 4 pci x slots. |

| you might have to rebuild the setup from scratch then, it sounds like it would be extremely difficult to set it up exactly the same way |
