| Coolness: 153695 | well guitar hero has some kind of *realism*, by holding buttons (chords) and hitting the metal thigny( hitting the strings) but you cant pretend to dj, there are no button to press, and mixing is a slower thing to do
lets say you allready beatmatched the track, a *normal* mix would be to upfade the track, switch bass, and downfade the other track, all this in like 1:30... do you really want to buy a track that will make you do 3 movements per 1:30 of game? |

and its pretty rare tracks that are know that has a LOT of scratch, as much as voice in pop music, a 4 time scratch every 16 bars is not enough to base a game on that, anyways... |

And it's WAY too rare for tracks to have scratching these days. It's like people have forgotten that DJs are supposed to be more than just machines lining up 2 songs, that turntables can actually be used as an instrument! BRING BACK SCRATCHING! |
