You are not required to cary id in canada. All you have to do is say "I don't have any ID with me". There is no law saying you must carry ID. That is the hallmark of a police state.

no, you aren't. unless you are being arrest for a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. Where do you guys think we live, East Germany? No wonder the cops run roughshod over our rights, our population is completely in the dark.

I've already provided 2 links to government officials stating that self-identification to law enforcement is not a requirement unless you are being arrested for a criminal offense. I don't know what else it takes to convince people. I'm done here, it's like a brick wall sometimes.
