| Coolness: 56220 | Cops are not lawyers. I have been to court many times and had tickets thrown out because the cop did not know the law. Either get a lawyer for your court date, or learn the law yourself and bring examples with you to your hearing. Just because you got a ticket from a police officer who did not respect your rights and didn't know the law, doesn't mean that the law wasn't on your side and that it hasn't been the entire time. |
