I want to do a CITIZENS compilation of electronic music by Quebec* producers (no remix + with your own sounds) -any gender of music- so if some of you want to GIVE me one track I will listen to them and add some of them on the CD the CD will be a PROMOTIONAL item it will be free or just expensive enough to pay for the printing and pressing I'm not planning to do any profits on it** but that cd might fall in good hands....that's for sure!!! Cool so u can send me your track(s) seismologick@hotmail.com (with full name+artist name+name of the track+gendre of music) thx in advance! * all participants have to be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident because I will try to get some money for the government ..... **if CITIZENS make any kind of money with it a part will be redirect to the artists.... but, as I just said, the price will be estimate to be the cheapest to be eared by a maximum of persons so, you have to see that as an investment in your own career more than a way to make money

Coolness: 686310	yeah, even a 320 MP3 is compressed and missing frequencies... A WAV file is pretty much the only thing that will be of a good enough quality to go on a CD, and at that, it's going to have to go through a professional mastering before the release anyways.

Coolness: 686310	well, if it's getting an actuall propper pressing, it's done by whoever they've got. The mastering is more to make sure that there are propper balances between the frequencies and that nothing does anything it's not supposed to that could damage a soundsystem.
