OK OK, I've heard people say it was an el-nino year, thing is, I watch the news an catch the weather, not one meteorologist that I've seen this winter has even mentionned that once, yet years ago when it was an "el-nino" year, they could stop mentioning it, it was a buzz word... SO, what is causing the weather to be so weird??? the answer is here >>>> [ www.weatherwars.info ]

Al Gore's using this to get himself elected.

It makes me think that it's the end times or something.
Is it just a natural way for the earth to say that "earth population bandwith limit reached!"

Haven't there been times in history where the earth has heated up a lot more than this and still went back to normal?

Could this be all part of the earth's natural cycle if you believe that humans are a part of nature?

I don't know about this, but I know one thing for sure: If the climate gets too hot and becomes unbearable, I die. I can't handle hot temperatures... I'm a child of the cold...

nah, its more like..

one year you'll have 5-15
the next year 20-30,
the next year 0-10,
the next year 15-25 ,
the next year -5 - 5

^^^the studies they did in the 3 days following september 11th on "global dimming" when the planes were out of the sky (this caused some of the highest tempatures ever recorded in u.s. history) basicly blew that theory out of the water...

combined with studies on the recent changes in "pan evaporation" and how even though the planet is getting much hotter, we are recieving much less light energy from the sun.... bringing us to the conclusion that the only thing preventing us from seeing more drastic tempature changes is the very thing thats killing us to begin with...

anyway... feel free to read up on it...

and exept our DOOM!!!

no, it doesn't work that way. If it did it wouldn't have taken the world this long to believe the scientists.

I wasn't showing you the temperatures, I was trying to show you the pattern that temperature increase follows, it can be any numbers.

so then what the hell was your stupid comment:

the next year 20-30,
the next year 0-10,
the next year 15-25 ,
the next year -5 - 5

talk about stupid statements. You make it seem like the world is increasing in temperature by 5-10 degrees per year.

If global warming is in the worst case that scientists are saying (which it isn't), then we'd still have well over 50 years before things get 'bad'.

You're definitley the one makign stupid statements here. It's a lot more complicated than simply temperature increase, temp increase has effects besides just heat. I don't 'make it seem' like theres a 5-10 degree increase, you just need everything spelled out for you. I already even told you exactly what I was demonstrating, you're still arguing, even after I pinned a graph next to it. I have to write you a book everytime I attempt to make a simple and factual statement. You can't just go and read about shit, instead you tell everyone they're wrong and make them do research for you. We shouldn't be having this conversation, I'm not gonna write a book for you.

The beauty of human mind is that it can achieve whatever it can conceive. Even if the planet blow up, we might loose a couple millions on the way, but humans will still find a way to live on, we're worst than rats on a species survival matter !

Everything was born and will eventually die one day. Act responsibly but don't worry about the outcome. As long as you feel you are doing what is right to do, everything else is but shadow and dust.
I'm feeling back to serious stuf right now..

Just because it makes sense and seems clear to you does not mean it means anything to anyone else here.

The graph you showed (with no source, who knows it's it's in any way accurate, and who came up with those numbers?) shows a global tempurature increase of ...!!! 0.8 degrees celcuis over 100 years!!! WE'RE DOOMED!!! THE WORLD IS GONNA END TOMORROW!!!

grow up, the trends aren't very good, but that information is hardly conclusive to us all dying any time soon.

We've got at minimum 100 years to "fix" any serious problems.

Yup, global temperature doesn't need to change much to fuck all the climate.
