Do recipes work?
This is my favourite mushy cookie recipe. Just reduce the number of chocolate chips because the amount they suggest is just wayyyy too much. And DON'T overcook. Even if they look raw when they come out of the oven. When they cool down they'll become perfect. And cook your whole batch at once, don't do like my mom and cook only one tray at a time, you'll burn them. Recette de Biscuits mous aux brisures de chocolat Préparation : 15 min Cuisson : 12 min Portions : 24+ INGRÉDIENTS 2 1/4 tasses (250 g) de farine 1 c.à thé (5 g) de bicarbonate de soude (petite vache) 1 tasse (250 ml) de beurre mou 3/4 tasse (150 g) de cassonade 1/4 tasse (50 g)de sucre blanc 1 paquet de pouding instantané à la vanille 2 oeufs 1 c.à thé (5 g) de vanille 2 tasses (500 ml) de brisures de chocolat 1 tasse (250 ml) de noix (facultatif) LES ÉTAPES 1. Préchauffer le four à 350°F. 2. Crémer ensemble le beurre, la cassonade et le sucre. 3. Mélanger dans la poudre à pouding. 4. Ajouter les oeufs et la vanille. 5. Mélanger ensemble la farine et le bicarbonate de soude puis les ajouter au mélange. 6. Finalement, mettre les noix et les brisures de chocolat. 7. Cuire de 10 à 12 minutes à 350°F. 8. Les biscuits sont prêts lorsque les côtés doivent être dorés. 9. On peut mettre la sorte de pouding désirée. A essayer avec du pouding au caramel ou au chocolat. | |
