 Coolness: 76385 | Jim Van Bebber's Deadbeat By Dawn is pretty good... it takes a while to get going, though... and some of the early John Carpenter films (Escape From New York, Assault On Precinct 13 - both of which have pretty killer soundtracks, also by Carpenter)... and Runaway Train is one of those films that I find myself watching at least once a year. It's that damn good.
Diggstown is pretty awesome, too... mixes up genres by combining a con/hustle plot with a boxing film... so you get training sequences, fights and a knowing smile. |

there is so much sub-genres in action.. comedy action...horror action...war action...ect there's a list of movies with action that i like alot: (ils ne sont pas en ordre de preference..) - allien, because for once the girl is not "just there" to look good! hehe - the quick and the death - first blood - carpenter's movies like they live and escape from ny - shaft (the original of 71') - any bonny and clyde movies... - any bruce lee movies... - surf nazis must die (hahahaha!) - last action hero ( awwwwww austin o'brien was one of my first fantasme, he was soooo cute!) - jurassic park - jade - oldboy - apocalypse now, full metal jacket... - king kong movies - hard boiled - bmx bandits - tank girl - la cible (was one of my fav when i was kid..don't know the english title??with jean-claude van damme) - all the dirty harry movies...(hahaha na! jim carrey!hihihi!) - dead presidents - fortress - easy rider - terminator 2( *drool* awwww edie furlong touch me please!) - el mariachi - diva - dune oooooo shit i didn't realise i made a big list like that! oups..well whatever people already know i'm a fucking maniac...
