Check Masson street. they're cleaner. But don't expect to pump psy and have friendly neighbours.
I'm feeling cracktastic right now..

I have a friend who lives on Masson and Iberville. It's a really nice loft... decent size, and people don't seem to mind loud music.
Although, it certainly wouldn't work as a party venue.
However, the guy who owns the building (Monsieur Fatal) owns a ton of properties all over Montreal. If you want, Mike, I can ask my friend for his contact info, and you could ask him for info on other properties.
I'm feeling bored right now..

If I were you I'd honestly wait a year, save up some nice cash and then get the loft thingy. That way once you have the loft you also have enough money to get cocaine and hookers in there as-well. It's all about foresight.

But seariously man, what's pushing you to move out?
I'm feeling your ( o ) ( o )'s right now..

An opportunity.... Virtual Light aka Reptilian aka Vince is moving to Montreal from Ottawa and wants to get a production loft. If the place is nice and the arrangement works. I'd love to live in a loft close to downtown, build a studio, party and make a living you know?

Mico: that'd be cool, let me know when you find his contact info! :)
I'm feeling different right now..
