he owns a buncha comercial lofts on william that are perfect for jam spaces and you can make mad noise and nobody is around to complain... personaly i wouldn't ever live on william again, since all those old lofts are pretty dirty and have mice and rats and shit like that... after doing the loft thing and moving back into a real apartment... i'd really like to get a house with a nice caverous basement to build a proper studio in. |

ventialtion os always a problem in those lofts, but hey i could be wrong, i mean i havent been to a party in thre in a while, and honestly there is a reason there havent been parties in thre recently....( there are better lofts for parties then that shit) |
