I want someone to at least be holding me man...it's so depressing.

when i was in highschool, i was convinced Atom Heart Mother was like Mozart or Bethowen
since i didn't have the attention span to listen to classical music i'd pull out the old cow LP and listen to it the night before an exam and i thought i'd make me get better grades |

Shhee-it.. and just like... a few days ago my friend and I were talking about Syd... being like "what a wack mofo" and now he's dead... not really surprising though... I mean... if there's a poster boy for rock-n-roll excess he must definately be up there... isn't there the story of him just wandering out of the studio in mid-production or something and then not being seen or heard for like months? I pick Syd of Waters any day though... |

Sad... I was just thinking about him last week. I saw Opel for sale at a record store and almost bought it... Effervessing Elephant will always be a special song to me for the weirdest reasons... Anyways RIP Syd. |

There's Music and somewhere above there's Pink Floyd... Lime and limpid green the sound surrounds the icy waters underground... |
