i *really* love sarcasm
but for real
i prefer to operate on a sardonic standard

i used to think it meant sarcastic + ironic. which in a way it doues mean that.

Sardonic: Derived from the Greek Sardonios which means bitter or scornful laughter: the primary reference is to the effects of eating a Sardinian plant which was said to produce facial convulsions resembling horrible laughter, usually followed by death.

sarcasm was not exported from anywhere!!! sarcasm is a natural human thing that occurs in any language, and the only reason anyone thinks it happens more in one than the other, is probably cause you are able to detect it more in one than in the other. "exported", honestly, thats ridiculous, that's like saying jokes were "exported". We all got jokes from the japanese! I swear!
