i use godaddy for [ .com ] now because at time i had to reg lots of domains everyone else seemed to have only specials for first year and the collect more from you one way or the other. i havent tried 1and1 new pricing. if they're at 7$ /yr recurring, i may transfer a bunch of domains to them to save moolah. they have a nice free 1gb mailbox bundled, too.
