Everytime I try to burn a cd, my computer crash.
Actually, sometimes it works but rarely. And I'm tired of using cd's for nothing. I tried with different software (Nero, Realplayer) and it keep crashing. Anybody know what the fuck is happening with my computer ? Thanks |

You might have already tried this, but I sorta had the same thing happen once, I reduced the buring speed (to like 4X or something) + turned off all aplications on the taskbar. |

Yeah tried this already.
It's maybe Spyware doctor and Mccafee anti-virus that constantly run on my computer that is the problem. I'll try again. Thanks |

don't try to plug or unplug any drive when you're into the bios !!
your problem could be caused by many many things... malware, windows' problem, bad cd-r brand, cd-r not compliant with your burner, etc... before thinking to re-install your computer properly and/or clean your system, you should update your burner's firmware (check on the website of your burner's constuctor in the 'support' page) |

that's right ; try to blow the dust out of your computer : fans, cards, components, ...
and then, check your thermal probes : on processor and ambient in computer. |
