Heh, when dealing with bell, Bell will tell you they're *always* right.
Infact, i'm fighting with them right now, they claim i owe them $70 even though they never gave me a phone line when i asked for em. Stupid monopolies, they think they can do anything. |

they still say that i own them 100$ of "closin account fee" , because i've close my cell acount after paying them 700$ for a cell phone i've use 2 month. |

In my case, i asked for a phone line and a DSL account.
Then i found out there was already a phone line activated by the last tennant of this place, and that you can't activate two lines in one apt like that. I asked em to disconnect the old one, they said I'm not allowed to do that. I'm not authorized. So i said, that's retarded, cancel my line. Then they send me a bill cause they claim they had the line activated for 2 days.. even though there's no way i could possibly have used it. |
