just looking for alternatives i'm sort of jaded with the idea of an ipod not that i'm actually planning on getting anything anytime soon waiting for the market to get a little bit more saturated |

| Coolness: 43685 | no you can't get it via la source. The version you get via la source is not the dah-1500i but the dah 1500. the differences:
The i has 2.0 usb, the sucky has 1.0 the i has fm radio, the sucky does not the i has a voice recorder (amazingly good quality), the sucky does not. the i is 130$ US (155 canadian), the sucky is 230$ canadian (80 more bucks for something that does not have half the features) the i has a longer running battery. the i has the nice headphones, the sucky has the sucky ugly headphones etc... so ya, while the dah-1500i is well worth the buy (same price as the shuffle, smaller, more features) the sucky one is not. I have it, i wouldnt trade it for any other mp3 players of the same category (1gig flash). Of course ipods are better but not the same prices. The ipod shuffle does not compare. I think the only other that would compare is Dell's but i have nto heard of real ppl's reviews, only tech reviews that can be biased. |

thanks for the info M:ROBE anybody? i've seen demo videos on enhadget and it looks so sweet working extra hard and saving up so i can decide to NOT get an mp3 player in the end |
