the good
I like the area somewhat (just not st-laurent) I'm close to everything food is mad cheap (seigels) I like the room I sleep in the rent isn't bad the bad roomates (I cant deal with this many) the apartment is old and shitty in many ways the bathroom is hot the whole place is hot the area smells bad (a lot of restaurents and garbage) sometimes it's a bit too loud outside for my liking sometimes I have to fight bugs my rooms aren't big enough for what I do |

Love : 7 and a half
Love : walking distance to downtown Love : While people may dislike St-Henri for it's industrial/combat zone image, i fucking love it Love : The ridiculous money i pay for this place. Minus : Plumbing needs some work. Minus : Power bill is pretty high, because it's an old house. |

- love how its brand new, i'm the first person living in it;
- love how the floors are really nicely done; - love that everything is so clean; - love that it is BIG, and I have tons of space; - love that I have a little gym; - love that I can watch cars on the highway. - hate that i look right onto wal-mart's roof; - hate that nothing is included in the too-high rent; - hate that 2 days/week i get woken up my the garbage truck since it comes to pick up the poubelle on my side; - hate that its not as close to the city as I'd like. ...looking for a new place in Westmount if anyone has any leads. |
