| Nope. The main software I need a computer for isn't on OSX. If Fruityloops got ported to it, and it still used PC VSTs and DXi's and effects, then I might consider giving it a shot. |

| actually i've heard that apple actually has a running version of OS X for x86 that they use for internal use only, in the even that IBM can't produce a PPC chip that keeps up with the industry. sort of a backup plan..
and no, it'd obviously work on all mobo's.. |

| Even if they moved to x86 chips, I'm sure apple would always have their OS tied to their own hardware, they can make a killing on hardware that way. |

| They can? They do! But keep in mind that a Mac will last you at the very least twice as long as any PC. And that because they release decent machines. |
