People around me are high. It dosent bother me. Why do people care so much what others do to have a good time? Let them enjoy themselves. Ask if peopl are ok if they look like they are not, if they're right triped out play with them, and if they're just having fun dont let it bring you down. Too often I hear people criticize others lifestyles and choices. Makes me mad i agree with u. i don't mind chilin with my friends while i'm sober and their high, i just don't have as much energy as they do, glad u brought it up cuz it anoys me to see someone else be upset at other friends cuz their sober and who their with r high, it's not that big of a deal. :) |

 Coolness: 230390 | It's a high school mentality, when most peeps start smoking doobs their really young and just doin it is more exciting to them that what its does to them, you'll often be asked what youre on, how much you did, how high you are, and also how high everyone feels and how great it is. Subliminal peer pressure. lol
I try hard not to advertise I'm on anything or ask people what theyre on.. it's unimportant, as long as your having fun, GREAT! |

 Coolness: 92980 | I always got the impression people ask me that either casue they can tell I`m flying or when I`m sober but they are high and they wanna know if I can relate. At least that`s how I take it. That`s why I`d ask if I was asking. Even though so many people in the rave scene take drugs, I always got the feeling that they respect you a hell of a lot more if you`re sober, even the ones who are always high. I feel like trash having to answer that question if I`m actually high. |

 Coolness: 145915 | see i think what you all fail to understand is that (for me in my case that is) we are not all doing drugs for the same reason or effects as ANYBODY else.
drugs is not my problem my problem is how to live honestly and justly in the world. at peace with my self and my surroundings... everything is a drug cocaine, marjuana, sex, food, narcism, vanity, power, knowledge, god, and death life is a drug, cause life is a trip. people need to start to realize that THEIR life choices, (religion, politics, sex etc) don not have to be MY life choices and ofcourse respect is needed to make any human relationship (other then that of dominance) possible you need to admit right off the bat, you do not know everything and you never will sometimes when you open your mouth or write something (in passing usually) and someone else hears or reads it, it is possible that they may know a little bit more about the subject than you, because they have spent their whole life or a large part of their life studying and working hard to understand, that one sentence you so causually use. Language is Power that is why you must be careful with the words you will write and speak, cause people will hear them and be affected or effected in ways you cannot even imagine ... why do you think for thousands of years of human civillization reading and writting were so tightly controled (usually only the priest or scribe class could read and write realy well), because the ancients realized that as much as language could be used as tool to embetter us it could also be use as a weapon against peoples minds there is a lot at stake in what i am saying here, and alot of the points i advance are very contenious, keeping that in mind please do not write (THERES THAT WORD AGAIN...) off, without reading this...i really don not like to think of myself as wacko or an extremist so i would not want you to think of me that way just my thoughts at this early hour |

| Coolness: 230390 | very good post, i dont claim that everything i write is 100% accurate and I'm happy to be proved wrong it helps me make a more accurate picute of my world. I'm not someone who likes to be censored either and say things flippantly sometimes without taking ample time to think about impact. No one of us knows it all, we all know what we know and it's about willingness and openness to education and growth. |
